In 1995, as part of a three man team, Andrew took a company from conception through to sale and merger with a multinational plc within three years. During this period, Andrew contributed to a revolution in  telecomunications infrastructural operations throughout the UK. The sale of the company led to many doors being opened for Andrew, and after considering moves into other sectors, he took the position of Director of Acquisition at the parent company becoming their youngest ever Director. Andrew gained further experience in the corporate world and was responsible for several large contracts, the largest of which was valued at over £100 million.

Andrew has since taken his skills into the property sector; having founded a property investment company with a much varied list of clients including blue chip companies, government agencies, councils and privately owned companies.

When Andrew joined the Action team, he brought his unique perception and experience to a community of over 600 like-minded individuals who work with a shared agenda- improving the business of all their clients beyond their expectations. Andrew is a coach, a scout. He is actively looking for the small minority who demand success in their business, those with the determination, drive and ambition to reach ever higher goals.
