1.       Tenure... Neil and Sally originally joined Action International in 2001 by first purchasing a Primary License in Auckland, New Zealand.  Neil was practising as the Action Business Coach and Sally was the Administrative Manager controlling the office support. In 2003 Neil and Sally were awarded the opportunity to become a Master Licensee in the UK and made a family decision to move here to successfully grow the East Midlands and part of Home Counties as a Master License region with Action International.  The counties in this region are the counties of Derby, Notts, Leic, Warks, Northants, Bed, Herts as well as the Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Rutland District Authorities.

2.       Success... Neil and Sally quickly and successfully grew their Action Coaching Business in New Zealand to 15 clients in just 9 months and after 12 months expanded the Coaching team to bring on their first ‘Associate Coach’ to keep the business growing.  Over the last four years Neil has Coached 56 clients in 34 different Industries. 3.       Breeders of Success... Our team of local franchisees in East Midlands and part of Home Counties have a very strong support network that is facilitated and coordinated through the support of Neil and Sally. We have weekly conference calls, a Coaches Coach to coach each Action Coach, an Accountability Circle amongst the Coaches to also coach amongst themselves, there is regular team trainings at least monthly, field support in Marketing, Sales and Coaching Activities when you start and later if you feel you still need it……all this support is focused on one thing – TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS AND YOUR SUCCESS. Neil believes his primary role as a Coach is to help people ‘Be the best person they can be’.

5.   Experience... Prior to joining Action International Neil worked for the Royal New Zealand Air Force for over 18 years. He progressed through the ranks from an Airman to become a Senior Officer gaining vast experience in a number of fields such as personal training and coaching, training design and development, recruitment and personnel management. During his military career Neil also was sponsored to complete a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree at Massey University in New Zealand, completing a Double Major in Management and Marketing. Neil’s progression in the Armed Forces involved leadership and coaching of a large and diverse team of professionals through many cultural and commercial challenges as the Armed Forces went through major restructuring. Having achieved his main objectives by the age of 36 years in the Armed Forces, the time to look for new challenges coincided with the arrival of Action International into his life.

6.       Family... We have been very happily married for over 19 years and are actively raising our 2 beautiful daughters, Sarah and Amelia, to be happy, confident and successful, to passionately follow their dreams and to give back...

7.       The Team We Are Building...  As the Master Licensees for the East Midlands and part of Home Counties, our job is to ensure the right people get on the bus in our territory.  We are building a team of 100 Coaches in this region to Coach just 1% of 150,000 businesses in the SME Market within this region.  To do this, the support, training and sheer opportunity Action International provides is world-class... the business development tools, systems and strategies are phenomenal and the personal and professional growth and development is tremendous.  Action has consistently been rated the N0. 1 Business Coaching Company in our industry, both in the UK and in the World.
